Day 1 :

PICK UP INFORMATION AT THE AIRPORT IN NY
- We provide complimentary airport pick-up from JFK AIRPORT and LaGuardia Airport to the Hotel at Times Square.
- The additional transfer cost for Newark (EWR) Airport is $80 for a sedan (2 passengers) and $100 for a van (up to 4 passengers).
- Once you reach the baggage claim, please call the driver’s number provided on the voucher. The driver will inform you of the meeting point.
- Meet and Greet is available at an additional cost of $79 in New York Airports.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. in NY. If you arrive at the Hotel earlier than 4 p.m., please leave your luggage at the bell check/luggage assistance and roam through Times Square. At check-in, The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The Hotel will accept credit cards only in the guest’s name. The only cards accepted are international credit/debit cards, such as Master
Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. If there are no incidental charges, the Hotel will release the hold from the credit card within three weeks. Everyone takes a zero-balance statement at check out.
- Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the Tour.
- Walk for 10 minutes in Times Square and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a perfect way to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members. After Dinner, enjoy free time at TIMES SQUARE (on your own) to see the city in action at night. Times Square is at its most spectacular after dark!

Day 2 :
New York City Tour – Dinner Cruise (B, D)

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at an Indian restaurant. Embark on a guided city tour of New York, exploring the city’s iconic landmarks. Drive past and stop for photos at
the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Headquarters, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel at Hudson Yards, and the Brooklyn Bridge.
Enjoy lunch on your own at your leisure. After lunch, visit holiday shopping
. In the evening, board a New York dinner cruise along the Hudson River. Admire landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge while enjoying a delicious Indian dinner accompanied by lively Bollywood music. This is a truly memorable way to experience the city from the water. After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day to enjoy in SAN FRANCISCO today.
Start with the impressive skyline of San Francisco on a BAY CRUISE, with spectacular views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Bay Bridge. An Audio tour in 16 languages provides a detailed history of this great city.
Afterward, San Francisco’s Biggest landmarks and attractions are featured in an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you flying with your feet dangling over the city by the bay. THE FLYER SFO is the perfect way to get a HeadStart in this beautiful and vibrant city. Lunch on your own. After a relaxing lunch, discover your city with a tour guide today. The guide will cover all the significant highlights of the city in an in-depth CITY TOUR, INCLUDING TWIN PEAKS. This scenic route winds through Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove, showcasing iconic landmarks such as the Lone Cypress, Bird Rock, and the Del Monte Forest of Monterey Cypress trees, as well as spectacular ocean views, golf courses, and mansions.
Stop enroute for lunch before continuing to Solvang, a charming Danish-style town in the Santa Ynez Valley. Here, enjoy a delightful horse-drawn trolley ride through streets lined with windmills, Danish bakeries, and boutique shops. After the visit, continue driving to Los Angeles. In the afternoon, around 4.30 pm will continue with a guided city tour of Los Angeles covering Hollywood Boulevard, Dolby Theatre, the Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills, and Rodeo Drive. Grand Canyon – Las Vegas strip tour (B, D)
Begin the day with a packed breakfast. For Grand Canyon tour, your tour manager will assist with transfers to the pickup location.
In the evening, meet your tour manager for dinner at an Indian restaurant, followed by a Las Vegas City Night Tour. This will include stops at the Bellagio Fountains, the famous “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign, and the Fremont Street Experience with its spectacular Viva Vision Light Show. The immense canopy screen lights up with 12 million LEDs, accompanied by music and zip liners flying overhead. Optional tours are available—please ask for rates.
